Meet artists Nathan Cordero, Julia Couzens, Chris Daubert, and Dave Lane, four of the Sacramento region’s leading mid-career artists working in sculpture, and view their lively assembly of works and installations, guest curated by Renny Pritikin. Members Preview: 6-7:00 pm. Free.
Every year our members enjoy a beautiful day of hiking, music, art, food, and creativity at the Annual Members Picnic. Galleries are open with interactive projects while guests spend the day exploring the grounds and enjoying a picnic lunch. Live music will be playing in the Olive Grove. Beer and water are provided. KQED Education and di Rosa come together to celebrate artists from the di Rosa collection that have also been featured on KQED’s popular art series Spark.
Teachers can join KQED Education staff at 5:30 pm for a free arts and media workshop focused on Ebtekar’s work preceding the lecture.
