Docent
Lead tours of di Rosa’s galleries and grounds. Docent training consists of 14 weeks of 2-hour sessions. Upon completion, guides and docents lead an average of two four tours each month, representing the di Rosa’s collection to thousands of visitors annually. Those interested in volunteering should be enthusiastic, articulate, and available to fulfill a tour schedule commitment. Apply now to join the next training session!

Gatehouse Desk Volunteer
Be the first to welcome visitors to di Rosa. Gatehouse Desk Volunteers greet visitors, handle admissions, coordinate daily tours, and assist with retail shop sales. Training consists of 2 two-hour sessions. Upon completion, volunteers work at the admissions desk an average of four to eight hours each month. Those interested in volunteering should be enthusiastic, organized, and available to fulfill a regular Admissions Desk commitment.  Apply now to join the next training session!

INTERNSHIPS

di Rosa offers a limited number of internships for credit in association with with colleges and universities in the Bay Area and beyond. Internships are regularly available in the areas of Collections Management, Collections Care, Public Relations or Arts Administration. Requirements and details vary by department.
