Help bring the di Rosa collection home! Donate to the fund-a-need today.

In 2017, fires damaged a storage facility that housed part of di Rosa’s collection, along with hundreds of works in the Residence Gallery.

Thankfully, the staff and an art transportation company were able to move the onsite collection to an Oakland warehouse.

The cost of off site storage is approximately $160,000 a year, and the price of having the collection so far away is incalculable. Bringing the collection home will enhance our ability to organize exhibitions, loan artwork to other institutions, and provide educational access to students and scholars.
