Access beyond di Rosa’s Gallery 1 is by guided tour only. These informal, docent-led tours offer an opportunity to view di Rosa’s extensive collection of Northern California art.
Gallery 2 is closed through fall 2017 for renovations. Tours during this time include Gallery 1 and the entire Residence Gallery (cellar, main, and mezzanine), with time for independent viewing.
$12 per person / Free for members and children under 12
$3 discount for seniors 65+, educators, and students (with valid ID)
All tours are 1.5 hours and depart promptly as scheduled:
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
10 am, 11 am, and 1 pm
Saturday & Sunday
10 am*, 11 am, 1 pm, and 2 pm
Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early. Advance tickets are highly recommended. Check General Info for holidays and other select days that we are closed.
*On the first Sunday of each month, the Outdoor Sculpture Tour replaces the 10 am tour (see below)

New! Special Exhibition Tour ($5 per person)
The first Saturday of each month, 10:30-11:30 am
Guided by a di Rosa educator, this tour is a conversational model that closely examines approximately 4-6 artworks on view in Gallery 1. Access to the other galleries is not included. Drop-ins welcome; advance tickets not required.
Outdoor Sculpture Tour ($15 per person)
The first Sunday of each month, 10 am-noon
Explore the many artworks found throughout di Rosa’s landscape. Entirely outdoors, the tour visits a variety of outdoor spaces including the Sculpture Meadow. In the event of rain, the standard 1.5-hour tour (above) will be offered. Advance tickets required.
Art and Nature Hike ($20 per person)
Select Saturdays, 10 am-noon
Hike through the Sculpture Meadow to the top of Milliken Peak. Led by experienced guides, the hike is moderately strenuous (3 miles round-trip, with 650 ft. elevation gain) and offers sweeping views of Napa Valley. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Space is limited; advance tickets required.
Private tours can be tailored to the needs and interests of your group. Options may include picnics on the property, extended time in the galleries or grounds, and specially trained guides. Contact us for more information and rates.
Led by native Spanish-speaking docents, tours in Spanish are available for individuals and groups of up to 25 people with a reservation.
