Cocktail Recipe: The Platinum Blonde

  • 1 ounce grapefruit-rosemary-infused vodka*
  • 1/2 ounce elderflower liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • Garnish: rosemary sprig

Directions

  1. Add the infused vodka, elderflower liqueur, grapefruit juice, lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.

  2. Double-strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

  3. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.

Mocktail Recipe: Sparkling Highlights

  • 1 ounce grapefruit sparkling water
  • 1/2 ounce elderflower water
  • 1/2 ounce grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • Garnish: rosemary sprig
